Seek care at any licensed urgent care clinic or emergency medical facility. At the time of service, you pay the provider directly for the medical or veterinary care received. Ensure you collect detailed receipts and any supporting documentation, such as a bill breakdown or itemized invoice, from the provider. Use the Ommpo Health platform or app to upload your receipts and relevant documents. Alternatively, submissions can also be made via email if needed.

Ommpo Health reviews the submitted documents to verify eligibility under the plan’s coverage terms. Reimbursements are typically processed within a few weeks (exact processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the claim).

Once approved, the reimbursement is transferred directly to your preferred payment method (e.g., bank account, digital wallet, or mailed check). The reimbursed amount is based on the terms of your subscription plan and is designed to cover a significant portion of the incurred expense.  Dedicated support is available to assist with questions or issues during the reimbursement process.
