No Refund Policy:
1. No Refunds on Membership Fees
All subscription and membership fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage, cancellation timing, or eligibility for claims. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed or prorated.
2. No Refunds After Claims Submission
If a claim has been submitted or processed during your active membership, refunds will not be issued. This ensures fairness in our reimbursement process and prevents misuse of coverage.
3. No Partial or Prorated Refunds
We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time in your billing cycle, including in cases of early cancellation. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Cancellations Apply to Future Billing
If you choose to cancel your membership, it will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged moving forward, but no refunds will be issued for payments already made.
5. Exceptions
In rare cases of billing errors or extenuating circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe an error has occurred, please contact support@ommpo.com within 3 days of the charge for assistance.

• Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to submit altered, falsified, or duplicate invoices will result in immediate account suspension and may be subject to further action.
